Meet the founder

AJ DeDio is the founder of AJD Consulting Solutions LLC.  AJ is a highly effective, proactive recruiter with 15 years of experience. His specialty lies in senior/executive level corporate recruiting. AJ has proven successful in a number of industries including tech, higher education, life science and utilities. During his time working across so many different domains, AJ has developed a deep pocket of network connections. A common theme throughout his career has been his ability to develop relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers alike.

In addition to recruiting, AJ is well versed in HRIS and ATS. Having gone through countless implementations of new software programs (ADP, iCIMS, Workday, Paychex, Cornerstone), AJ has developed a keen sense of HR system best practices as well as the technical knowledge to make the systems work for you rather than the other way around!

AJ holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Le Moyne College.  Additionally, he holds his Professional HR Consultant Certificate from Cornell University.
